Terms & Conditions:

  • 16% Federal IVA tax and 5% State Hospitality tax is additional and added to total price
  • 3-night minimum on all guesthouses 
  • Check-in time: 3:00pm | Check-out time: 12:00pm  *Early Check-in or Late Check-out dependent upon availability - Just ask ;-)
  • Credit card information required to confirm booking | no deposit required (30% deposit required to book the entire Estate)
  • Credit card will be charged upon check-in in USD  | We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash 
  • All guests are required to sign a Waiver of Responsibility upon check-in 
  • Pet Fee of $200 UDS will be applied to anyone bringing a dog. This is a one time cleaning fee. Pet must be pre-approved 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposits may be used towards later stay if cancellation is atleast 15 days prior to booking. 
  • Deposits are non-refundable 
  • If cancelled with less than 14 days notice, the credit card used to confirm the reservation will be charged full amount of stay
  • The Cancellation Policy differs if you Rent the Estate
