Villas Jardin del Mar is set up with seven apartment-style units ("Casitas"), and can comfortably accommodate up to twenty-two guests. It is the perfect location for a large group of friends traveling together, large family get-togethers, or business retreats. Each family or group may enjoy their own space, yet still be close enough to share social time with the rest of the group. Communal amenities include a large pool, outdoor kitchen and grill, outdoor dining areas, and rooftop terrace. If you choose to rent the entire estate, your party will be the only guests on the property during your stay.

- Casa Maria - 2 king bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms with showers, private kitchen, indoor and outdoor living rooms
- Casa Delfin - 1 king bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 private bathroom with shower, 1 private kitchen, living areas, balcony
- Casa Serena - 2 king bedrooms , 2 private bathroom with shower, 1 private kitchen, living areas, patio facing the ocean
- Casa de los Santos - 1 queen bed, 1 private bathroom with shower, 1 private kitchen
- Casa Elizabeth - 1 room with 2 queen beds, 1 private bathroom with shower, shared outdoor kitchen, in-room mini-fridge and coffee station
- Casa Alma- 1 room with 2 queen beds, 1 private bathroom with shower, shared outdoor kitchen, in-room mini-fridge and coffee station
- Casa de la Reina - 1 King bed, 1 private bathroom with shower, en-suite sitting area, main kitchen, and main living room

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable | Deposit may be used towards later stay with 31+ days notice | Deposit will be surrendered if cancelled within 30 days of stay
Weddings & Special Events: If you'd like to host a wedding at Jardin del Mar, please contact us to discuss the required guidelines. Guests must rent the whole Estate for a minimum of 3 nights. Additional event fees apply.
Please note: Guests are required to contact/coordinate with Special Event Vendors directly, as well as pay them directly. Vendors are welcome to contact us regarding logistics, scheduling, etc., but we do not hire Special Event Vendors on Guests' behalf for large groups.
